Clare Taylor is a Client Experience & Retention Architect who helps ambitious founders turn exceptional programmes, masterminds and experiences into the kind of businesses clients want to stay in, return to and recommend. Drawing on more than a decade in luxury hospitality and marketing, Clare brings a different lens to client experience: one shaped by the world’s best hotels, restaurants and brands, where the smallest details can completely change how an experience feels. Through her consultancy, she identifies the gaps between what founders believe they’re delivering and what their clients are actually experiencing, then redesigns the journey to strengthen loyalty, advocacy and retention. Her belief is simple: exceptional client experience is profit architecture. When clients stay longer, buy again and become your biggest advocates, experience becomes one of the most powerful commercial levers in the business.

How did it all begin?
I loved my time in luxury hospitality, but it isn’t an industry that always mixes well with family life. So when I had my children, I changed direction and built a career that gave me more flexibility around them. Fast forward five years and, during a conversation with my business coach, she pointed out that I lit up every time I talked about my years working across events, hotels and fine dining. It was one of those observations that suddenly made everything obvious. So I went back to what I knew and loved, but through a completely different lens: bringing more than a decade of hospitality experience, commercial marketing knowledge and exceptionally high standards into the world of client experience. Today, I work with ambitious founders to design the kind of experiences that make clients want to stay, return and tell everyone they know about them. It turns out I hadn’t really left hospitality behind at all. I’d just found a new place to use everything it taught me.
What sets your business apart?
I believe client experience is the next frontier in business growth, and I come at it through a very different lens: one honed over more than a decade in luxury hospitality, an industry that has been engineering devotion, loyalty and return for centuries. While so much of the business world focuses on the front-end sales machine and finding the next client, my work starts on the inside. I help founders build something their existing clients never want to leave. Because you worked incredibly hard to get those clients through the door in the first place. Retaining them, deepening the relationship and giving them every reason to stay, return and advocate for you is where enormous untapped value lies. That’s why I believe exceptional client experience is profit architecture. Growth doesn’t only come from getting more people in. It comes from giving the right people every reason to stay.
What is the concept behind your business or the problem you’re solving?
Most businesses are obsessed with getting the next client and spend enormous amounts of time, money and energy doing it. Far less attention is paid to what happens once that client is actually through the door.
That’s the gap I solve.
I help founders look inside their business and intentionally design an experience that gives their best clients every reason to stay, renew, return and recommend them. Because growth isn’t only about acquiring more clients. There is enormous value sitting in the relationships you’ve already worked so hard to build.
What is your brand vision?
I want to become one of the leading voices in client experience, taking my work across industries, from real estate and finance to health, wellness and hospitality, and working with ambitious brands that want to become the very best in their category. My bigger vision is to change the way businesses think about growth altogether: proving that exceptional client experience isn’t simply good service, it’s profit architecture. It creates loyalty, retention, advocacy and businesses people genuinely don’t want to leave.
