How did it all begin?
I have always been passionate about helping others grow, I once dreamed of becoming a teacher, just like my mother. After a decade in programme management and M&A, I wanted to create something more personal and meaningful. In 2021, I acquired French Nanny London which had been running since 2012 and soon after launched Fox & Cubs, bringing the same warmth, trust, and professionalism to a broader, international audience. My vision was simple: to make finding trusted help at home feel human, transparent, and deeply supportive.

What is your brand vision?
Our vision is to redefine premium home staffing through empathy, professionalism, and trust. We want every family we support whether in London or internationally to feel seen, understood, and supported. Beyond matching staff and families, we aim to create lasting relationships built on care, integrity, and excellence, helping parents and professionals alike thrive together. Excitingly, we are going to develop further internationally in 2026.
