How did it all begin?
I’ve always had a deep passion for medicine, but my journey took a personal turn when I experienced hair loss after having Covid. It was a challenging and humbling experience that turned me into an expert patient in my own hair loss recovery. When the opportunity arose to dual train as a hair transplant surgeon, I saw it as a chance to combine my expertise with my personal experience. I took the leap, and it’s been one of the most rewarding decisions of my career—I haven’t looked back since.
What sets your business apart?
Our clinic is proud to be a women-led, doctor-led practice, offering a truly unique perspective in the field of hair loss care. With so few female hair loss specialists across the UK, we bring not only exceptional medical expertise but also a deep understanding and empathy for our patients’ experience.
As GPs, we believe in treating the whole person, not just the symptoms. By taking a holistic approach, we address the underlying causes of hair loss, including hormonal changes, HRT support, and overall health concerns. This allows us to create tailored, comprehensive treatment plans that empower our patients to regain confidence and take control of their hair health.
What is the concept behind your business or the problem you’re solving?
Our clinic was founded to address the challenges of hair loss with care, expertise, and understanding. We’ve created a safe, welcoming space where both women and men can openly share their concerns and receive the support they need.
What makes us unique is our holistic approach. Every individual’s hair loss story is different, so we take the time to investigate thoroughly, using advanced techniques like trichoscopy and a range of diagnostic tests. This helps us uncover and address the root causes of hair loss, whether hormonal, medical, or lifestyle-related. Being a doctor-led practice, we’re uniquely equipped to provide treatments not typically available at hair loss clinics run by surgeons or trichologists. For example, as GPs, we can prescribe HRT for patients whose hair loss is driven by hormonal imbalances.

We aim to expand our reach, opening clinics across the country to provide more people with the support they need. Hair loss can leave individuals feeling powerless, but we’re here to change that.
