How did it all begin?
Lisa has always been driven by a passion for how brands evolve - and how they connect with people in meaningful, lasting ways.
Today, we’re in the midst of a one-in-a-generation shift in how brands are discovered, experienced and trusted. At the same time, many large organisations are reconfiguring at pace, often creating more complexity for teams navigating an already changing landscape.
Having lived and worked across the US, Australia, Asia and the UK within global networks, Lisa saw first-hand the growing need for greater clarity, alignment and strategic focus.
lb creates was founded to help marketing, communications, brand and social teams cut through that complexity, bringing a more connected, human and effective approach to achieving growth and impact in an increasingly AI-influenced world.
