Allera’s premise is intuitive & simple. As the mind, body, soul & energy field are connected, we need an approach to wellness, business, personal development that is also connected.

Her ‘whol-istic’ approach is a unique & tailored 360 degree approach to Total wellness that impacts all areas of life. The Soul Architect Series™ 360 Transformation & Healing process. Is a journey to tend to the inner world to create lasting outer changes in life.

How did it all begin?

The business launched when I was working for a Global Investment Bank. For a decade prior I had a series of epiphanies, spiritual interventions and path re-directs, I made some big leaps that brought me into alignment with my purpose.

Seeking therapy helped me see how my unconscious childhood wounds were creating patterns in my adult life. It sparked a need for depth and meaning which led me to retrain as a Clinical Hypnotherapist and in a counselling modality called Gestalt therapy, however I knew something was missing, nothing included the soul or anything to do with the energy field.

I was being called to do the deeper soul and energetic healing to transform my life. This involved a fast-track awakening of latent healing abilities, owning my intuitive gifts and delving into the root cause healing past life and ancestral trauma. I transformed my health, life, money and embodied more of my feminine desire for freedom and life on my terms.

I work with conscious women through their own life transformations. Always working from the root soul and energetics before creating a new inner landscape of beliefs and strategy which support results with more ease, pleasure & unapologetic desire.

What sets your business apart?

Each person and their business is unique and so too is the experience when we work together. I don’t offer mainstream coaching and it’s not talking therapy. I believe that alignment comes when we work with those who hold a similar mission, values set and ultimately desire to make the planet a better place through our contributions. The way we do business is going through a huge adjustment, I see this as an opportunity for women to face and heal the sisterhood wounds and know our power is together.

What is the concept behind your business or the problem you’re solving?

I bring a fresh and innovative perspective that empowers conscious women to thrive on their own terms. Helping them work smarter and designing businesses that are a true reflection of their authentic selves. I help women access the potential outside their current line of perception. Healing from past trauma, re-writing the script, accessing their feminine wisdom and living a life that is not only more meaningful but feels deeply soul aligned. Providing them with a new way of being. With a new energetic toolkit to bounce back within a fast changing world.

Where to next/What is your brand vision?

I am a bridge across finance, business and wellness. I see that this will expand as an awareness for conscious leadership grows and trauma informed workplaces become the norm. Including an interest in astrology and new ways to holistically heal ourselves, combine this with the advancements in Quantum biology and I foresee a huge consciousness shift in the coming years.

My work has taken me globally to sacred sites and land. This year I have been hosting bespoke experiences for clients across Europe involving ceremony, healing and adventure. Their own personal pilgrimage. Next year, I will be hosting women’s retreats across the Balearic Islands. I have started practitioner training and my first book will be published soon.

What do you feel passionate about/what drives you?

Reclamation of the ancient wisdom that was stamped out and suppressed through patriarchy. Breaking down the taboo’s around feminine and masculine energy, birth keeping, our intuition, money and our intrinsic connection to both the stars above and nature. I see my work in bridging the gap between what was ancient mystery school wisdom and empowering women to become fully expressed in life and business. This is the multi-dimensional woman era. We get to access and bring our unique parts to the table.

Share an example of early life that has shaped you?

As a child of the 80’s. Recalling the true freedom, we had to roam free. I would spend whole days exploring the ancient forest and rivers near where we lived. Immersed in nature and the magic of the elements, this connection is what leads some of my adventures across to ancient springs and hidden caves.

Highlights of your business journey so far?

Seeing how this body of work is helping women and their lineages radically heal from ancestral trauma and generational money limitations. Breaking the patterns and chains the women before them couldn’t. I also love the magic that is woven through it. From how people find me by stumbling across a 2017 blog post or chance meetings at airports or in hotels that seem to always open new doors when I travel.

Key lessons you have learned along the way?

Always listen to the intuitive nudges when something feel’s ‘off’. Explore it there and then. I intercepted a hacking attempt early in the business after an intuitive nudge guided me to check something before going to bed at 11pm. Doing it there and then allowed me to protect my business. I have to say the years in Finance and being the founder of my business meant I understood how it’s been built so I could handle it without panicking

Best piece of advice you have received?

If a person doesn’t understand your problem. Don’t take their advice.

Advice to an aspiring entrepreneur or woman just starting her career?

For a woman desiring to start a business and who is perhaps still in a career. These are the things I would focus on to support the transition:

1: Explore your money story and wounds. Where are your triggers and are there any patterns from earlier times including childhood around poverty, scarcity, lack, financial control or loss involving parental redundancy, business issues. These imprints and beliefs will show up when we are responsible for creating our own pay check. Do the deeper work before leaving the job.

2: Start to get curious about your mind body connection. Do you find yourself scattered and always lots of mind chatter and anxiety. You get a lot done but are ‘out of the body’? Do you find yourself often triggered or even feeling overwhelmed with emails, demands on your time? Do you know your nervous system pattern? Are you often in fight/flight? Do you know how to reset yourself? Running a business in an ever-changing landscape without a team can be overwhelming and lonely. If we have these patterns of response whilst in the workplace. They will follow us in our business.

3: Surround yourself with women a few steps ahead in the journey who hold high emotional and spiritual intelligence. Powerful women with open hearts and vision who desire to see other women rise and who will actively open doors. Soak up their wisdom and knowledge.

What funding route have you chosen for your business and why?

Fully self-funded as I am very aware of energy & the influence others have on the business entity & vision.

Some of the challenges you have faced and how you overcame them?

A business will show us a true reflection of our personal integrity and whether we are aligning to our highest version of self. I would say the biggest test is in boundaries when working in a service-based business and holding groups. I remind myself that each time I let things slip it’s an energy bleed. It’s me who suffers.

To hold pristine energy within my own field for the work I do. It’s also very important to ensure that the people I allow into my spaces are an aligned fit. Otherwise, it affects the whole group energy.

Why is it important to support women-led business?

Money in the hands of women making positive impact in the world through their services, innovation & businesses are changing the landscape of business & society at large. It also creates a new ‘normal’ for the future generation to build on.

My inspiration is...

Nature, a reminder of what a miracle it is to be alive at this time and that everything is always in a state of change.

My greatest fear is...

Not fulfilling my dharma in this lifetime.

The most courageous thing I’ve ever done is...

Escaped an abusive upbringing and left home at 18 with nothing. Trusting that I deserved better and would find a way. Within 2 years of that experience, I was working in New York for an Investment bank and managing a team of 8 people. So, the big leaps truly bring the big growth!

Guilty pleasure?

Eating a whole bag of dried mango in one sitting!

Mantra you live by?

Dance to the beat of your own drum.

Female role model?

Vivienne Westwood.

Women-led brand you love?

Neom. I love their happiness oil and always have it radiating from a diffuser.

Top productivity tool?

I set a timer on my phone to complete tasks. It’s amazing how much you can finish when that intention is set. I also only review emails & social media once a day.
