Two Chicks brings innovative, convenient, healthier products to market that we wanted ourselves but couldn’t find.
Our focus is on developing a range of clean-label, high protein products for the increasingly health-conscious consumer.
How did it all begin?
My business partner Anna lived in LA where egg white omelettes are a staple and readily available in cartons in all the supermarkets. The UK didn’t have such a product, so we went on to create Two Chicks, the first egg white brand to launch in the UK, in Selfridges in 2007.
What sets your business apart?
First to market, created and built a whole new product category in all the major supermarkets in the UK.
What is the concept behind your business or the problem you’re solving?
Two Chicks is the first liquid egg white available to the UK consumer, who don’t have to waste time separating eggs; or wasting any yolks!
Where to next/What is your brand vision?
Expand the Two Chicks range and go into more territories around the world.

Highlights of your business journey so far?
First liquid egg white brand in Europe, followed by many others. Most recently our Future Female Entrepreneur initiative where we help to support aspiring young female entrepreneurs.

With hard work and determination and anything is possible.

Friends & family – it was the only option we had at the time.
