WCorp certifies companies creating workplaces where women feel genuinely safe, supported and able to succeed - and holds the investment world to the same standard.

How did it all begin?
It started with a story that should never have been real. I read a report about women in a company who felt so unsafe around their male boss that they’d created a warning system – the women upstairs would call the women downstairs and tell them to hide. These weren’t women having a bad day at work. They were frightened. Trapped. Silenced in their own workplace.
I couldn't walk away from that. So in 2024, I founded WCorp - a global certification to help companies create workplaces where women feel genuinely safe, supported and empowered. Not just in policy documents, but in how it feels to walk through the door
every single day.
What sets your business apart?
Most diversity work tells companies what they should be doing. WCorp goes deeper - we ask how it actually feels to be a woman in that business, not just what’s written in
the handbook. We look at everything: psychological safety, flexibility for caregivers, menstrual and menopausal health, fair access to leadership, support through every stage of a woman's life. And we don't just certify companies - we give them practical tools, including our AI‐powered ROI Genie - that put hard numbers behind something women have always known: when women thrive, businesses do better.
What is the concept behind your business or the problem you’re solving?
Workplaces were built around a 9-to-5 schedule that doesn't fit most women's realities. It is currently set up so we 'work' from 9am to 5pm and we 'home' from 5pm to 9am. Not one woman does this. Not one. WCorp gives companies a real, rigorous framework - not a tick‐box exercise - to build environments where women can bring their whole selves to work. From periods and menopause to parenting and caring for elderly parents, we help leaders design
workplaces that fit the lives women are actually living, not the fantasy lives the system was built for.
What is your brand vision?
A world where no company can claim to be progressive while failing the women inside it. I want WCorp certification to become the global standard - the mark that tells every woman walking through a door: this is a place where you are safe, seen, and supported. And through our Green Flag investment standard, I want to reshape how money flows - so women-led businesses finally get the funding they deserve, not the scraps.
