How did it all begin?
I built my career inside fast-growth, global organisations, scaling teams, navigating restructures, supporting founders, and sitting at executive tables where pressure, ambiguity and stakes were high.
What I saw repeatedly was that people don’t struggle because they lack talent or ambition but because the operating habits and leadership development that once worked for organisations is now outdated and is failing to support people to thrive the way they used to. Alongside this, I worked closely with women leaders who were carrying huge responsibility but lacked influence, clarity, or a real voice in senior decision-making.
Your Leadership Bench was created to bridge both gaps:
● helping founders and executives scale through people without bureaucracy and with Just Enough HR to thrive, and
● helping women leaders own their seat at the table with confidence and comfort with visibility.
What sets your business apart?
I’m not a traditional coach or HR leader - I’m an operator-partner. I still work hands-on with leadership teams, boards and scale-ups navigating real commercial pressure. That means everything I offer is tested and proven in live environments.

What is the concept behind your business or the problem you’re solving?
At scale, most business problems are people-execution problems:
● founders become bottlenecks
● leadership alignment slips
● performance becomes inconsistent
● women leaders carry influence-shaping work without authority.
I solve this by:
● installing just enough structure to restore clarity and pace
● strengthening leadership capability where it actually breaks
● identifying blind spots through an impartial lens
● helping women leaders translate impact into influence
What is your brand vision?
My vision is to help founders scale without losing themselves and help women leaders rise without shrinking.
That means expanding:
● fractional people leadership for scale-ups
● leadership training and execution programmes
● and seat-at-the-table coaching for female leaders under my upcoming ROAR framework.
All grounded in practical, commercial reality that can be measured, rather than,performative leadership or corporate noise.
