Nestled within 92 acres of stunning Sussex countryside, South Lodge is a tranquil escape with breathtaking views of the South Downs, a hidden rockery, wildflower meadows, a vineyard, and a natural swimming pond, a perfect setting to unwind and recharge.

Our day begins with a delicious brunch and an insightful panel discussion, where inspiring speakers will share their expertise on self-care, well-being, and personal growth.

From midday until 6:00 PM, you’ll have full access to the luxurious 44,000 sq. ft. spa, featuring an indoor pool, outdoor hydrotherapy pool, thermal suite, wild swimming pond, gym, and spin studio.

Molly Freshwater, Co-Founder of Secret Linen Store
Molly launched her B Corp-certified brand in 2013 alongside her sister, Harriet Mears, creating sustainable, design-led bedding with a conscience. With a background in textile design, she’ll speak about values-driven leadership and building a purpose-led business from the ground up.
