Join us for a deliciously immersive cookery experience, hosted by The Women’s Chapter in partnership with Exclusive Collection, at Season Cookery School, set within the beautiful grounds of five-star Lainston House near Hampshire.
This year, we take the experience outdoors. In the stunning Kitchen Gardens, you’ll learn the art of live-fire cooking using the iconic Big Green Eggs, guided by Season’s expert chefs. Whether you’re an experienced home cook or enjoy great food and good company, this relaxed and hands-on session promises a memorable culinary adventure.
Your day begins with a seasonal brunch and the chance to connect with like-minded women in a beautiful outdoor setting.
We’ll then move to the outdoor cookery school, where the chefs will introduce you to the techniques of cooking over fire. From controlling heat to enhancing flavour through smoke and flame, you’ll gain practical skills while preparing a selection of delicious dishes.
