W.Masterclass with Lucy Davis: Rethinking AI in Your Business

Join The Women’s Chapter for a practical, insight-led masterclass designed for founders and senior leaders navigating the realities of growing a business.

In this session, Lucy Davis, Co-Founder of ROIROI, shares a more grounded way to approach AI, not as a tool to layer on, but as part of a connected system within your business.

Rather than asking what AI can do, this session explores where your business experiences friction, where time and energy are being lost, and how AI can be applied in a way that creates meaningful, lasting impact.

You’ll be guided through a simple framework to map your business as a system, understand where AI can act as infrastructure rather than a shortcut, and identify one clear, actionable starting point tailored to your business.

What you’ll gain:
• A new way to view your business as a set of connected systems
• Insight into how AI can support real workflows and decision-making
• A practical next step you can implement immediately

Who it’s for:
Founders and senior leaders already running established businesses who want to integrate AI in a way that feels strategic, not overwhelming.
