Share an experience or challenge that has shaped you? In August 2025, as a non-cyclist (I don't even own a road bike), I cycled 350km over 4 days in the Alps, climbing the equivalent of the height of Mount Everest and some of the most iconic climbs of Le Tour de France, including Le Galibier, Col Du Glandon, Lacet du Montvenier, Alp d'Huez. I spent 8-10 hours a day on a bike, and it took everything in me to complete each day, get up the next, and do it again. It was brutally hard but one of the most rewarding and challenging things I have done. I was raising money for a charity called Le Cure, which is changing the landscape for breast cancer research.
Best piece of advice you have ever been given? Be curious, not judgmental.
What advice would you give to your younger self or a woman just starting her career? 1. Trust your instincts.
2. Learn to let go and delegate.
3. You aren't just your profession, you have to be prepared to learn new skills and step out of your comfort zone.
4. You can, and you will.
What does success mean to you? I think it changes on any given day! It can mean a successful outcome for a client, positive feedback or simply getting at home where they need to be on time and in one piece with the right kit. Success isn't linear and its sometimes the small daily wins that give us the biggest boosts.
How do you handle challenges and changes? What's in your toolkit? -
