Share an experience or challenge that has shaped you? I've faced the full range - from personal homelessness while raising three children
alone, to building businesses in industries that didn't take women seriously, to watching
my son fight for his life and making the decision to leave law entirely to help him. Each
time, I did the same thing: I turned the problem into a purpose. Nosh Detox came from
my son's illness. WCorp came from women being forced to hide from their boss. I've
learned that the hardest moments contain the clearest direction - if you're willing to
listen.
Best piece of advice you have ever been given? "Don't wait until you're ready - you never will be." I've built every business before I felt fully prepared. Nosh Detox, my coaching practice, WCorp - none of them waited for the perfect moment. That advice has saved me years of hesitation.
What advice would you give to your younger self or a woman just starting her career? Start before you're ready. Build your network before you need it. And never mistake
busyness for progress - focus on the things that actually move the needle. Most
importantly: your lived experience is your greatest asset. Don't let anyone convince you
otherwise.
What does success mean to you? For me success mean equally freedom and impact. The need to have had huge impact on the world and the ability to be successful enough to feel free to do that.
How do you handle challenges and changes? What's in your toolkit? I used to use this saying 'change is inevitable, suffering is optional'. And its so true. Now I do daily check ins to see where I'm afraid, I'm out of alignment, I'm feeling unhappy and I work on them there and then.
Why is it important to support women in business and women-led business? Because when women are economically powerful, entire communities benefit. It's not just good ethics - it's the most impactful investment any economy can make. Women-led businesses perform better, are more likely to invest back into their communities, and create workplaces where people of all backgrounds can thrive. Supporting women-led businesses isn't charity. It's the smartest thing the business world can do.

60 Seconds with Geeta Sidhu-Robb

My inspiration is: Watching a woman realise she's more powerful than she ever believed. That moment never gets old.
My greatest fear is: That we lose ground on gender equity - that the progress of the last decade quietly slips away, even though we are looking. That we start to believe we are as powerless as rich white men would like us to believe.
The most courageous thing I have ever done is: Walked away from a successful legal career and a terrible marriage with three children under 7 to raise, slept on a friend's sofa, and built a business with £2,000.
I am most proud of: Launching WCorp at the United Nations - and watching it grow into a movement that reaches six continents and changes real lives in just 2 years. I'm also really stoked that I managed my dream of adding the Women's Agenda to the Davos agenda in 2026!
Guiltless pleasure: Working out and a really good book. Non-negotiable..
Mantra I live by: “Anything is possible. If you can see it, you can do it; if you can dream it, you can make it happen.”
Female role model: Kris Jenner - she turned vision into an empire through strategy, loyalty, and relentless execution. A masterclass in modern leadership.
Women-led brand I love: The SuperScalers community - supporting underrepresented founders to scale to £50M and beyond. I'm proud to be a coach on it.
