Share an experience or challenge that has shaped you? My mother ran her own business and from a young age I worked for her. She is an exceptional human who taught me the value of hard work and I would not have the work ethic I have today without her.

Best piece of advice you have ever been given? What doesn't kill you makes you stronger which sounds a bit dramatic but is a helpful reminder when things get really tough. And from Leonard Lauder’s incredible autobiography' surround yourself with people who are better than you’.

What advice would you give to your younger self or a woman just starting her career? You are more resilient than you know and you are more capable than you realise. The path is never straightforward - and that’s the fun part. I have to remind myself constantly that you will never learn unless you make mistakes. I tell my children this regularly but will then proceed to beat myself up if I make a mistake; which I am sure will resonate with lots of women.

Why is it important to support women in business and women-led business? Because we run the world! Having come from a very male dominated working background it is so refreshing to work with women who offer support, raise each other up and create outstanding products & services. We owe it to the next generation of women to show them what we can achieve together.
