Share an experience or challenge that has shaped you? I had zero business experience when I started my own, so I must be honest and say every step has felt challenging! Going from being an NHS Doctor, to scaling my own Private Clinic and team has certainly been a steep learning curve. I’m still learning every day as the business grows. However hard I found it- and there were times I felt like giving up- I just kept going. Show up consistently every day.

Best piece of advice you have ever been given? Stop comparing yourself to others. Stay in your lane, keep showing up and focus on your own individual journey. Remember a lot of what we see on social media is a façade.

What advice would you give to your younger self or a woman just starting her career? Seek out mentors that are willing to share and that you can trust. Having a community behind you is an invaluable support.

What does success mean to you? A rewarding career filled with variety, allowing me to be flexible around my children. The freedom to spend time at home, with friends, my family and to travel.

How do you handle challenges and changes? What's in your toolkit? I handle challenges and change by staying grounded, curious, and adaptable.When times get hard perseverance and resilience are helpful traits to have!

Why is it important to support women in business and women-led business? Supporting women in business provides visible role models for the younger generation- encouraging more women to pursue leadership, entrepreneurship, and financial independence. This helps creating a positive cycle of confidence, growth, and empowerment that benefits future generations as well as the wider business landscape.
