    Ibegan my career as a solicitor at international law firm before moving to leading media law firm. I then worked in the legal and commercial departments of media company on TV programmes. Together with my husband Simon, I founded tea brand, Prince & Sons. This ignited a passion for for formulation and brand creation and, fuelled by my affinity for wellness, I created Ancient + Brave in 2018.

    Share an experience or challenge that has shaped you? My family held strong values about working hard, giving back and putting others first. This is moral compass I continually work towards – although sometimes I am not entirely successful at!
    Best piece of advice you have ever been given? Focus on progress over perfection – if you wait until you’ve figured it all out and all the fear and doubt has gone – the moment of opportunity could be gone too.

    Why is it important to support women in business and women-led business? There is a very real financial reason to invest in female led business: A Boston Consulting Study found that businesses founded by women yield returns that are 50% higher and women are better investments, for every dollar of funding, women founded start-ups generated 78 cents, while male founded start-ups generated less than half that at just 31 cents.
