Top Trick

I am a Communications Consultant and Business Strategist, widely trusted by founders, CEOs, politicians, and brands to shape their positioning, messaging, public speaking, reputation and public presence. With my background in journalism, I am brilliantly placed to mentor in the art of communication: how to command attention, how to become memorable and how to deliver your message effectively. I work 1:1 with clients, deliver workshops nationwide, lead corporate training in London, and appear globally as a keynote speaker.

Share an experience or challenge that has shaped you?

I’m Italian and fortunate to have grown up bilingual, with a few more languages added to the mix before adulthood. Being able to connect not just with different cultures, but with different people, in their own language, has always felt like an advantage or an access point to other worlds and of course conversations. Today, I still use those languages in my work, but more importantly, I help others in business understand that using the right language - metaphorical or otherwise - to speak to their audience is what truly drives meaningful success.
Best piece of advice you have ever been given?

The right outcome is already on its way, and everything is a lesson in disguise.
What advice would you give to your younger self or a woman just starting her career?

Remember: The tortoise always wins the race by being steady and participating in its own race. Don’t give away your self-worth chasing someone else’s finish line.
What does success mean to you?

In a busy and noisy world, to pioneer new methods and start new conversations about old hurdles (and solve them!).
How do you handle challenges and changes? What's in your toolkit?

Language. It's enormously powerful. It lets us express rage or joy, debate or persuade, promote, apologise, or inspire.
Why is it important to support women in business and women-led business?

Because they pack in just as much vision, empathy, grit, and creativity and together, with all of the brilliant businesses led by men, we have a rich tapestry from which to learn and build.

I am most proud of: My wonderful children.
Guiltless pleasure: A jar of Nutella with a spoon. No sharing!
Mantra I live by: Trust the timing of everything.
Female role model: My mother.
