With 26 years in the fashion industry, I worked with some of the biggest high-street brands. After experiencing burnout, I made the difficult decision to step away from the industry. Determined to help others facing similar challenges, I co-founded Trust Your Creative, a training and development company that moves people and companies forward with creative excellence that thrives beyond imposter syndrome.
Share an experience or challenge that has shaped you? Burning out in 2018, it was life changing in a very positive way.
Best piece of advice you have ever been given? It’s about process not outcome.
What advice would you give to your younger self or a woman just starting her career? Trust yourself.
What does success mean to you? Being excited to get up everyday and serve my clients.
How do you handle challenges and changes? What's in your toolkit? Having that important growth mindset, it then becomes less of a challenge and more about growth.
