60 Seconds with Tracey Woodward
My inspiration is: Everything around me I have the good fortune to work with so many interesting and innovative people I am inspired by people there energy, passion and vision no matter what they.
My greatest fear is: Health - Our body is the only place we truly have to live and we have a duty of care to look after it we expect so much from it. I have most definitely expected to get more out of my body than I put into it in the past, a Cancer diagnosis has been a huge wake up call for me.. Like all things in life rubbish in rubbish out.
The most courageous thing I have ever done is: There have been so many, from where I came from it has taken courage, vulnerability, strength and confidence to push forward but I also know that resilience is a tool we all need to have in our kit bag, as a tool the more you use it the better you become we need this skill in this ever changing world.
I am most proud of: My children, they are kind hearted, independent and strong. Josh and Ava are the lights of my life.
Guiltless pleasure: Investing in high quality food and shoes.
Mantra I live by: Whether you think you can or you can't your right.
Female role model: I have so many women that have inspired me to do better without them I would not have survived life .. but my shout out today would be Nnenna Onuba founder of 100 allies changing people lives through equity and empowerment.. she's an amazing women.
Women-led brand I love: I have a few favourites loved the journey with Dr Paw Paw Pauline .. My friend Margaret Dabbs NailsInc Thea Green, there are so many amazing brands led by women.
